New horizons for the Jacques Vabre 2009: Costa Rica bound!

For this 9th edition, the Transat Jacques Vabre 2009 is heading for Costa Rica in Central America. The double-handed transatlantic race, of which the start will be given in Le Havre, France, on 7th November for the monohulls and 8th November for the multihulls, is thus heading towards a brand new Coffee destination, which follows the great shipping route.

Ecover finishes 5th in the Transat Jacques Vabre

After 17 days 16 hour 09 minutes and 33 seconds of racing at a theoretical average speed of 10,23 knots, Mike Golding and Bruno Dubois on Ecover 3 crossed the finish line in the Transat Jacques Vabre at 6h09'33" (CET) or in other words 3h 09'33" (local time) today, Tuesday, 20th November.

VM Matériaux hooks 4th

Cheminées Poujoulat grabs 3rd

After 17 days 04 hour 17 minutes and 25 seconds of racing at a theoretical average speed of 10,53 knots, Bernard Stamm and Tanguy Cariou on Cheminées Poujoulat crossed the finish line in the Transat Jacques Vabre at 18h17'25" (CET) or in other words 14h17'25"" (local time) today, Tuesday, 20th November.
